Shunya on Detachment
A car can't be serviced while it's moving.

Personal update
I spent this past weekend in New Orleans with a bunch of my best friends cheering on Duke.
Things didn’t go quite as we had planned. Between the waves of self-pity, I couldn’t help but think of a line from one of my favorite books.
Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted. And experience is often the most valuable thing you have to offer.
According to Randy Pausch (the author of the book), I have a lot more to offer after this weekend.
Here’s to making the most of things—especially when the only way out is through.
Until next week,
